Custom fabrication orders:
Provide detailed instructions in your shipment. Download and use our order form, or you may use your own form. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns.
Leather Products:
Send all orders to us using the Contact Us tab. Please include the product name and all product options such as size, color, right or left, buckle, hook & loop, etc. Product options are listed with each product in the Leather Gallery. You may call us if you have any questions or if you don’t see the product you need.

Warranty Policy
Solis Orthotics & Prosthetics Inc. warrants all of its products and services, to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and fabrication for 6 months from date of purchase. This warranty applies when the products are used as intended without modifications.
Return Policy
Custom orders fabricated as requested by the customer may be returned for evaluation, re-fabrication or replacement, but not be returned for credit.
Stock items returned will be evaluated to determine if they are in resalable condition.
- No restocking fee will be charged if returned within 30 days of purchase and in saleable condition.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged if returned after 30 days of purchase.
- No stock item return will be accepted beyond 3 months from the original purchased date.
